Now winter is heading our way.  It is getting colder, more overcast days and power use is going up.   The best we got over summer was 64% of our electricty use was covered by the panels  It is now decreasing and is currently 60%  - This is a long term average not a day by day figure.

I have kept a record of what we produce and use each day since the panels were installed.

We have had Solar Panels for 6 months now and I just got the first power bill where they read the meter and we are $46 in credit. I am so far very happy with the panels and am glad we decided to put the panels on the roof. Before deciding I found it difficult to find information from Tasmania about the value of Solar in the domestic situation. Now I have had them for a while I thought others may be interested.
